reentry permit was issued in April 2008. Was I-131 filed before August 2007 when she was in US? If yes, theoretically she can stay outside US and enter before the expiration of I327 (in 2010). However, for any trip out of US > 6 months (with RP or not) she needs to be prepared for what to say, such as attending college abroad, because she must show the intent to live in US permanently.
