My priority date is current. Yesterday I got soft LUD. This morning I got hard LUD.
Case Status Portfolio shows Request for Additional Evidence Sent on Feb. 18. I have the following questions. Please kindly help!
1. Will the letter of RFE be sent to my lawyer or to me directly?
2. How long will it take to receive the letter of RFE?
3. Must I send reply of RFE within 30days?
4. I really want to know what the RFE is ASAP. Can I ask USCIS to fax the letter to me today?
5. My second Finger Print just expired. Could the letter of RFE be 2nd Finger Print appointment?
6. 记得2007体检时，医生仅抽血检查。没有进行X光检查；也没打免疫针。不知有没有问题。是否一定要进行X光检查及打免疫针？
