were change your job in same reginal office or the new job still in same reginal office?

I was told that if the new job is in same reginal, do not needs switch I485, if the new job is out of your reginal then you have to switch i485 to the new INS reginal offce and the new reginal office will transfer your case to your local office.

is it right?
