请问高手是否知道这样会有什么后果？如何能及时地采取补救措施？是否能再次获得签证而不离境？
-How long the I-94 has been expired? The only thing for you to do is to file the H-1 renewal application as soon as possible using premium processing. If you are lucky to get the extention approved with a new I-94, you are OK. If you get the h1 extention approved without I-94, you need to go out of U.S. (e.g. Mexico, Canada) to get an H1 visa to activate your H1 status. One thing needed to woory about is if your h1 has expired for > 180 days and you go out of US, you may not be allowed to enter US for at least three years.
