I got my greencard, want to file follow-to-join for my daughter(with ex-hu*****and)

请问:
1.Do I need to fill out DS-230?
(because Instructions: Complete one copy of this form for yourself and each member of your family, regardless of age, who will immigrate with you.
- Until beneficiary receives such form

2.After I824 get approved, the approval notice will be AUTOMATICLY sent to the National Service Center (NVC) for further processing?
