．如果他回去签证，当美国领事馆的签证官员会不会知道H4申请人曾经file过绿卡申请，就会拒签H4，转而要求其申请遥遥无期的移民签证。
- He has no problem to get his H4 visa in China. The visa officer can not deny his h4 visa application just bdcause of his filng of I-485. So, he does not need to worry about that.
