关于父母绿卡及AP

我于2008年9月给我父母申请绿卡。他们2002年持探亲签证来美，所以
现在身份是非法居留。我知道这并不影响办绿卡。但这种情况可不可以
申请Advanced parole. (比如说想在I-485 pending 的时候短期回国？)
