My case is similar and in the same category like yours. I subitted my case to VSC in Sept.2002 and got approved in Jan, 2004. I personally think you do not need worry. Because INS seldom reject a case before they send out their notice for more evidence. Even they send out Ref. notice, your LG still have chance to win. He has better position and maybe more and stronger evidence than before. Being worry wont help anything. Just be patient and peaceful!
