You cannot use China's

pasport, if you want your child to have US citizenship because China does not accept dual citizenship.

When your child enters China, he/she will not encounter any problem if China's passport is used. However, when he/she leaves China for US, China will find out your child acctually entered illegally and, therefore, your child will be charged for illegal entering.
