回复：I-140 pending 期间两问

1. I-140 收到receipt number 后可否离境，并以原来H1B身份回美？需要什么特别材料？看到版上大侠提过485 pending可凭H1B身份离境并回美，想double check一下I-140是不是也有此待遇。

2. 看到pjiang老师关于 cross chargibility的讨论，我们的情况是PERM-based EB2;主申请人中国出生，配偶出生国有名额; 目前刚刚收到I-140 receipt。 这种情况下，我们可以马上递交485，还是要等140 approved了以后才递？

3. 如果现在可以马上递交485，我又有一个矛盾，就是我们想5月-8月回国。考虑出境入境的问题，是维持140 pending 方便一点，还是140/485同时pending 会方便一点？还是没区别？
