自己干工作悠着点！

Manager won't take care of you when you are pregenant. Don't tell anyone until you must have to in the work place.
Working longer hours to keep up with productivity. BUt not too hard on each working hour.

Also, register a community collegage as a backup. Or Find a consulting company to be on there payroll. Search ICC at job hunting board.
