DIY H1B renewal时申请LCA的问题，请pjiang帮忙。多谢！

ALERT! Please be advised that, effective October 1, 2008, you must be a registered user to submit a Labor Condition Application (LCA) ETA Form 9035E through the LCA Online System. The LCA Online System will no longer accept electronic applications submitted by non-registered users on or after October 1, 2008. Creating your own personal account is free and can be done by clicking on the “Register” link on this page.

然后只有 Employer Profile 和 Attorney/Agent Profile 两种选择。这下怎么办？是不是只有公司HR才能填？
