我女儿在美国读书的FAFSA申请

如果我女儿在美国读书,她的 485 PENDING 两年了,她有I-94 CARD(有效期到2010年),并有加拿大公民身份.

她是否需要申请AP - (回美纸)并再过边境有一次,得到一个Paroled admission stamp.才能申请FAFSA吗?
