再问: I-797 和I-765

谢谢PJiang老师的回答,可是在看了链接的信息后还是不很明白, 文中没有提到I-797表, 在我的理解来说,它应该属于EDA之一,所以我应该选Renewal吗? 可是在I-765中说到"Renewal EAD: An EAD issued to an eligible applicant at or after the expiration of a previous EAD issued under the same category." 很明显I-797和I-765不是属于the same category. 所以我应该填 Permission to accept employment 是吗? 多谢!
