Thank you for sharing.

"For instance, if you come to the U.S. on July 10, 2008 on a B2 Visitor Visa, you may go to Canada and/or Mexico on or after November 10, and reenter the U.S. any time up until January 10"
- When reading above statement, people get impression that B2 may reenter until Jan 10, not remain within US until Jan 10 w/ condition being admitted prior to Dec 8.

"the old one is the old one allows the B2 holder to get a renewal valid through June, 30 of next year."
- When B2 comes back within 30 days, even before, they don't get a new I-94 when current I-94 is still valid.

For above instance, B2 entered on Jul 10, and left for Canada on Nov 10. When B2 re-entered on Dec 8, he would not get a new I-94 good through Jun 7 (because his current is good through Jan 9). This is the scenario even without new interpretation.
