请教PJiang等高手 I485 RFE 问题

I-485 Request For Evidence (RFE)
The REF states as:
"Submit a currently dated letter or other evidence from your intended permanent employer that indicates your current position, if any, your proffered position, the date you began employment and the proffered salary or wage...."
"Important: If you have changed employer since filling your application for adjustment, the letter shall be issued by the new intended permanent employer.This letter must specify the job title and duties fo the proffered position...."

My question is:
I filed my I-485 after I left my previous sponsor company which sposor my green card. The previous company does not revoke my case and agree to sponsor me even if i left for new company. So I-485 is based on previous company I-140(approved).
So is this verification letter should be from my current company or previous company???
