父母探亲再求助

我和老公两年前结婚，一年前拿到绿卡。现想申请父母探亲，二老均已退休，有房、有存款，未曾出国，国内还有一子，已婚、有子、有房、经济佳。请问各位大侠，向我这种情况，签证成功几率多大？需要准备那些证明材料？
