I got the RFE email on January 19th, and my attorney received actual notice a week later. It is for TB skin test. I did x-ray (result is good) at that time and now it looks like they changed policy requesting must do the skin test, x-ray report only is not valid anymore.

Don't worry, it could be something very simple, such as employeement verification letter, bith certificate, or approve your legal stay in U.S, or may be like me just for the TB test.
