各位老师: H-1 transfer 的问题. 比较急!! 谢!

各位老师:

I have been holding H-1 for 5 year (extended once). I-140 approved and I-485 pending over 180 days. Now I am going to work for another company.

I have two questions:

1. When I transfer my H-1, can I simply extend another 3 years?

2. When I extended my H-1 two years ago, my company paid the additional $1500. Now I am transferring, is the $1500 still required? And do i need to pay $500 Fraud fee?
