urgent!! Please help, experts

Dear experts:
The company wants me to start early. I want to use my CPT. International Officer told me that is the easiest way to start early. But the hiring manager is not sure what CPT is. I explained to him and mentioned that he could email our international officer to ask any questions.
Is there any other way to start early? Any suggestions?
