I did a infopass last week and was told that my pending I-485 (files on June 2007)is in an I/O hand for the final decision. I also told by the local officer that my case can't be approved becasue my first finger print is already older than 15 monthes and he sent an eamil to TSC to arrange another FP for me. It looks like it's not true based on your case.
