She needs to get B visa on her own without your help, or better yet, F1 or H1 visa which allows stay in US for years to wait for the PD of her category to be current. Or if she overstays > 180 days, she can only get AOS approval through marriage to a US citizen category, not through EB or marriage to LPR.
