我的485 (PD 02/01/2006, RD 09/2007, EB2) 被转到了NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER
location for processing.
它说理由如下: because it has jurisdiction over the case.
请问,
1) 这个NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER是什么概念
2) "because it has jurisdiction over the case", 这具体指什么?
兄弟姐妹有同样的经历吗? 是好事还是坏事?

On January 21, 2009, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER
PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER
location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case.
