十分感谢pjiang老师的回复。就最后一个问题我还想问一问。情况是这样的。移民官打电话问我以下问题：
1。我是不是在工作，我说不是。
2。什么身份， 我说旅游。因我已还了I-94.
3。女儿的身份，我说也是旅游。
4。问我有没有拿UI, 我说是。
5.When and how much? I told him the truth.
Then he said it is illegal and asked me to leave.
Base on these information, would you please give me some suggestions if I have to leave US right away. Because I really need couple of weeks to pack everything. By the way, I stoped claiming UI from this week. If this is safe for me to stay a little bit longer? I appreciate your help.
