What about my case?

A few years ago, I had a TN visa (one year validity) but I quit my job after 6 months due to family relocation to another state. I stayed home for four months without TD and then found a new job. I obtained a new TN visa again at border. And a few TN visas in the following years. I am currently under H-1B and waiting for my I-485.

Is there any problem in terms of "out of status"?
