2. Copy of Passport
3. Copy of the latest Visa
4. Copy of current I-94 Form
5. Copy of I-20 Form
6. Copy of Marriage Certificate
7. Certified Translation of the Marriage Certificate (if original is in Chinese)
8. Notarized Certification of Translation
9. Application Fee
