1 我的EB2的 I 140 刚刚批了,我现在能提交I 485吗,还是等移民局通知?
-You need to wait for your Priority Date to be current and then you can file I-485 at that time.

2 我的EB1刚通知被拒了,我可以提出申诉吗?
