又凭H1签证入境至今，期间没有再违例。现在140下来了，就怕以后485早晚不行.
-You do not have any problem any more for your GC application. Because you re-entered U.S. with a new F-1/H-1 visa after you 身份违例, all your unlawful presence record (身份违例) has been automatically removed/cancelled.
