visa application

I want to invite my dad to visit me. It will be his first time to apply for a U.S. visa. I have a 2-month old baby. If the visa officer asks my dad if I have child, what should be a good answer to help get the visa? Does the visa officer have my personal information (from my A# or SSN), including that I just got a baby?
