急死了，在线等回答，我的H1出现gap了吗？

我的H1,１月底到期，因为Human Resourse的耽误，现在才办加急H1exention的，估计什么时候可以收到receipt? 如果到1月底之前没有收到，我的H1身份是不是就出现gap了？对将来移民会有什么潜在的影响？我该怎么办， 急啊！哪位明白人，请帮忙回答一下，多谢了。
