Sir, my experience may not work for you, but it worked perfectly for me. Watch your tone, and do not disrepect other people only because you are a loser.

The Congressman's office in my district had a special channel to get hold of USCIS. Prior to seeing him, we tried some other means (infopass, calling customer service, writing, etc) and still in blackhole. But this congressman got a concreat response from USCIS within one day!! It made a huge difference.

Not all congressman are same. I guess I am lucky to be in where I am.
