Emergency, please help.

Just got call from my family in China. One of my family member passed away in car accident. I am trying to go back now. My H visa status was expired. My 485 was approved, but I do not receive the green card yet. Does the InforPass have emergency appointment to get my passport stamped? Or what should I do so that I can be back as soon as possible?
