Canada citizen, accountant $20K-$30K/y, can I get TN visa?

I'm going to interview a few accoutant jobs in US, but the salary is very low, about $30K per year. How much possibility do I have to get TN visa?

Also, If I'm lucky enough to get a job offer, can I stay in US to apply for TN visa?
