请问pjinag, 一朋友J1签证，有急回国，这里系秘书email他说如果他在中国逗留超过30天， 他的SEVIS record 会被terminated,
- Probably that's the policy of the institute, and SEVIS records is updated by the institute itself

但目前预约签证就需要等30天，更别提还有可能被check.
请问pjinag老师，他的系秘书说的是真的吗？为什么听说有人回去呆满两个月也没问题？谢谢！
