I think it is my wording mistake, I filed 140/485 in 10/2006 as Schedule A worker, 140 was approved in 11/2006, EAD was receive 1/2007, and then I start to work with the EAD. Yes, I don't have LC.

I had a meeting with another attorney this morning but I didn't get anything new from this person. The only thing she said is to wait for the infopass.

I also called the cis service center this morning, and they told me that they have assigned an immigration officer to look at my case. I should get response soon.

I have a question, my attorney office doesn't want me to call CIS very often and they said it will cause confusion. they said "you cannot call the service center everyday."
Is that true?
