1) Can I apply EAD and Advanced Parole by myself (not through attorney, since it is charged)?

Yes.

2) How long time EAD will be valid? Is it one year?

3) How long time Advanced Parole will be valid?
Usually 3-4 months. You can check through www.uscis.org for your center
