need ask someone for translator ?

any need Certification by translator ? as I have several document(not diploma) in Chinese , I translated by myself , based on USCIS web:

I, xxxx, certified that I am fluent in the English and Chinese language, and that the attached document is an accurate translation to the document in Chinese.
