You may find it by INFORPASS or call USCIS. If it was USCIS's fault by sending it to the wrong address or they definietely forgot to send it you, then you have a very good reason for the justification. Once USCIS accept your MTR, you can fix the I-485 problem to get the GC. I hope thing is not so bad and you will be OK. But a good lawyer is needed to help you to fix the problem.
