我律师建议她和我们一起去NY CITY的 inforpass搞清楚原因。但是我要付她$350。我不知道有她陪同有无好处。需不需要找个经验更丰富一点的陪同呢

If you can not reach your original lawyer, you need to hire another experienced immigration lawyer, not "CRIMINAL CASES" lawyer. At this point, you should not care about the lawyer fee. You have to ask the lawyer to help you to file MTR and if USCIS accept/approve your MTR, your status will be OK. But because you were out of status for such a long time, it is difficult to say USCIS will accept your MTR. That is why I suggest you to find why you did not receive the denial notice.
