问个 140邮寄地址的问题

想用Fedex寄，移民局的网页上有两个地址，

For concurrent filing of Forms I-485 or to file Form I-140 alone:

USCIS
Texas Service Center
P.O. Box 852135
Mesquite, TX 75185

和Courier Address:

USCIS
Texas Service Center
4141 North St. Augustine Road
Dallas, TX 75227

该用哪一个呀？
