I will fill the arrive date in i140 form use the latest one , not the first time when I arrived in USA.

you answer me so many question , another one need to clarify.

My current I-140 based on do it by myself ,
my petition cover letter written :
petitioner &beneficiary : xxxxx(my name ) , this is right ?
