问题请教：我的H1延期申请递交已经两个月了，目前只收到539表格的收据，没有129的收据，但是我在网上输入收据号码却查不到，

请教各位：
1、移民局网站查我的收据号码时，说case that does not exist，这样正常吗？（VEMONT）
2、我现在继续拿到延期的H1，因为要换工作，需要TANSFER，请问H1延期如何能加快拿到。
