pjiang, I140 form , some blank how to fill ? thanks!

pjiang,

ask some questions about I-140 form, how to fill ?

1: the date of arrival , should be the first time arrival time? not latest one. right ?

2: Are any other petitions being filed with this form I140,

I fill " no " , right ??? as NIW applicant, I-485 can not submit,

3; for current NIW applicant, can I file AP/EAD card together with I140 form ?
