Anybody please HELP, many thanks!

I am a postdoc (NIW,140 approved but 485 pending) and planning to apply a “Research Technologist” position which requires BS/MS degree. Of course, this new position is in a very related field. My question is: will this shift affect the approval of my 485 since the degree requirement is lower?
