今天老公被LAYOFF了。我正在读书， 有两小孩。 我们的身份是 485 PENDING >180 天， 都有EAD。 请各位大侠帮忙看看。
1. 老公正在努力找工作，不知道要多久才能找到。 GAP 对绿卡的申请 有多大的影响。 我们的PD还要3年。
2. 我们可以申请失业保险金吗？
