I-765 表 14项 15项 填什么？ 谢谢。

Using H1B now, never used EAD, but used AP.

Now, want to apply for EAD, just in case.

Should I fill I-765 表 14项(Manner of last entry) with AOS and 15项(current immigration status) with H1B， or fill 15项(current immigration status) with AOS too? If fill 15项(current immigration status) with AOS, does it mean that my H1B is not working any more?

Also want to renew AP, should I fill 3(class of admission) with AOS or H1B?
