I just received an email from State.gov

Your message dated Wed, 7 Jan 2009 16:48:51 -0500 with subject "I've got
problems, can't find u" has been successfully distributed to the
Visa-Bulletin list (59029 recipients).

with the following in the message body : SIGNOFF VISA-BULLETIN



Is this a fishing or viral email from USCIS? Should I follow the email?
