In order to take RN exam, your nursing school transcripts in China have to be evaluated by a company.It takes about 3 mon to 6 month. Then, you can submit your evaluation to nursing association to get permit to take test. If you pass it, the health organization can hire you if they can support you h1 visa or green card.
