H1B transfer 急问！

被裁了，刚找到另一份工作可是雇主不办premium processing.他们说只要申请交上去就可以了，不用等待批准就可以工作。可是前雇主将在1月底结束我的H1B。急问如果不用premium processing我的身份会不会有问题？谢谢！在线急等！
