Sorry for some typing error in the previous post. Here is a corrected one.
I filed a NIW140/485 to NSC and a EB1ea without 485 to TSC, both 140 got approved while the 485 is pending. Previously I asked about how to re-link the 1-485 to the EB1ea 140, and thank sdfsdfsdff's nice advice.
Here I want to know how to do it. Since the 2 I-140 were ted to 2 different service centers, should I send the re-link request to NSC or TSC? Also is it feasible to file a new 485 to TSC requesting an application fee waiver?
Any suggestions are always appreciated.
